NBA player Daniel Theis becomes latest athlete to be burglarized in LA as suspects disappear in broad daylight
- The LAPD has revealed a burglary in Century City, where Theis has an address
- Neighbors have since told ABC 7 that it was Theis' home that was burglarized
- Police have not yet revealed what, if anything, was taken from Theis' home
Los Angeles Clippers player Daniel Theis has reportedly become the latest athlete in the city to be targeted by burglars.
The LAPD has revealed a burglary in Century City, where neighbors told ABC 7 that Theis’ house had been robbed midday on Saturday.
Surveillance footage from the scene shows suspects in dark clothing walking away from the home. Police have not yet revealed what, if anything, was taken.
The house was empty at the time of the break in, according to police. Ultimately he suspects fled East in a Toyota Tacoma.
Police spokespeople did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com's request for further information.

A former star of the German league, Theis is hardly the only athlete to be targeted in Los Angeles.
His Clippers teammate, Ivica Zubac, has been nearly robbed on several occasions.
Furthermore, Boston Celtics great Paul Pierce’s LA home was robbed of more than $100,000 in cash and luxury watches in March.
In a separate incident, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Demarcus Robinson was robbed at gunpoint in October. He lost a reported $100,000 in jewelry during the heist.
Conversely, former New York Giants running back Derrick Ward stands accused of a string of burglaries in the LA area.
Ward, who was part of the Giants team that beat Tom Brady and the undefeated Patriots to win Super Bowl XLII in 2008, was arraigned in Los Angeles Superior Court in May.
Ward was arrested last December in connection with the robbery of multiple businesses, including gas stations, TMZ reported at the time.
Police said the former athlete didn't use a gun in any of his alleged robberies, but he is accused of using 'force' and 'fear' to take money from the stores.
His bail was set at $250,000.
