Adorable moment golden retriever devours hot dog at MLB ballpark during Mariners game against the Chicago White Sox

A camera crew from NBC Sports Chicago found a golden retriever happily devouring a hot dog during Monday's game between the Seattle Mariners and the Chicago White Sox.

The game, which took place at Seattle's T-Mobile Park, was part of the team's 'Bark in the Park' promotion, where fans are allowed to bring their canine companions to the game.

Monday's game was the third of six such games on Seattle's calendar this season, with the theme of the game being 'Bandana', giving dog owners the license to dress up their pups.

The dog found by the cameras has a Mariners hat and bandana on and has the full hot dog in his mouth when the video starts.

The good boy or girl takes several bites were bits of ketchup and mustard can be seen on the bun.

The gold retriever finished the whole wiener but part of the bun fell to the ground in front of him.

The video cuts off before we see if the dog took part in the five-second rule.

'Bark in the Park' has taken place in baseball stadiums across the country.

The Mariners' next 'Bark in the Park' takes place on July 2 against the Baltimore Orioles.

The first 1,000 dogs to walk through the T-Mobile gates will get the honor of having their own Seattle-themed collapsible water dish.

The final two Seattle 'Bark in the Park' events are August 7 and September 12 against the Tigers and Rangers respectively.

Dogs do need to have a separate ticket for 'Bark in the Park' and have to meet certain requirements, like being vaccinated.

It is unclear if the golden retriever going viral will make T-Mobile Park change any of their menus for their four-legged friends.
