Olivia Dunne paid tribute to her boyfriend, Paul Skenes, when he celebrated his 22nd birthday on Wednesday.
The Louisiana State University gymnast jetted into Indianapolis for dinner at the historic St. Elmo Steak House after a glamorous Mexican getaway.
In a post on her Instagram Story, the Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher was seen perusing a menu while rocking a blue button down.
Dunne also shared a photo of herself wrapping her arms around Skenes following his MLB debut earlier this month.
'happy birthday,' she captioned the snap, which showed the couple gazing adoringly at each other.

Skenes' birthday celebration comes a couple of days after his 21-year-old girlfriend gave fans a peek inside her recent getaway to Cabo San Lucas for the long weekend.
She and her big sister, Julz, were seen riding horses while soaking up the sunshine on the beach.
'The horse’s name was Friday,' the athlete captioned her Instagram post Monday.
The blonde beauty has had a busy few weeks between celebrating the new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and supporting Skenes during his surprise call-up to the big leagues.

'I had some nerves creep in at first, but I've kind of channeled it into excitement rather than nerves, and I just have the most confidence in him ever,' she told Sportsnet Pittsburgh ahead of the No. 1 overall prospect's first game.
'I just trust in him, and what he's put in, and I'm just so excited,' she went on.
'It's amazing, the support here is awesome. Pittsburgh has been so welcoming. Just seeing people wearing Air Force stuff, LSU stuff, Skenes jerseys.'
After making his debut during the 10-9 win against the Cubs, the rookie led Pittsburgh to another win against Chicago six days later.
