One of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims detailed to his grand jury she was just 14 when he abused her, according to newly released transcripts from his 2006 investigation which raise fresh questions about how he got such a sweetheart plea deal.

After hearing the testimony the jury returned an indictment of one count of solicitation of prostitution.
In the first of many errors in the case, the charge did not reflect the fact that the victims were minors.
Two years later, after furious negotiations by Epstein’s powerhouse legal team, he scored his outrageous plea deal and dodged a case being prepared by federal prosecutors, who had drawn up a 53-page indictment against him.
Instead Epstein pleaded guilty in a state court to one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18.
He was jailed for 18 months but only served 15 months in a low security prison where he was free to come and go most of the days.
It would take until 2019 after shocking reports by the Miami Herald that Epstein was finally arrested by federal prosecutors but he hanged himself while awaiting trial.

Epstein’s grand jury transcripts show that much of the evidence that was used against Maxwell - and would have been used against Epstein - was already there from the original investigation by police in Palm Beach.

Another juror asked if it was 'wrong of him to take advantage of your youth' and she agreed.
The victim also agreed with a question from a juror as to whether Epstein took away her 'person, your being, your spirit'.
Former Palm Beach police detective Joseph Recary detailed the investigation into Epstein which showed extensive criminality involving multiple minor girls.
During trash pulls of his Palm Beach property, officers found notebooks with messages about young girls.
One number was a high school girl who was 16 who was regularly going to Epstein's house until she was 18.
Another note had a phone number with the words: 'For a good time call' followed by the girl's name.
When police tracked her down they discovered she was just 17 and said that Epstein once showed her a white vibrator with a 'huge head' on the tip.
Epstein gave her a rental car as a thank you for their sessions, she said, but denied anything serious happened.

Police also interviewed another girl who had just graduated from high school and said she recruited six others to Epstein’s house.
Based on her claiming she was like Heidi Fleiss, the notorious Hollywood madam, she appears to be a woman called Hayley Robson.
The girl said that she first met Epstein when she was 17 and was taken to his house where she met a woman called Sarah, likely Sarah Kellen, one of Epstein's alleged co-conspirators.

The girl told the others that she recruited that 'the more you did, the more money you made', meaning that if they got naked they got paid more.
Perhaps the most disturbing account of all came from one victim who told Recary that she began going to Epstein's aged 16 and went there 'hundreds of times'.
This victim identified Sarah Kellen by her full name and said she led her up to the massage room where Epstein began to masturbate at her.
According to the victim, she was forced to take part in threesomes with Nadia Marcinko, the sex slave from the former Yugoslavia who Epstein is said to have bought from her parents when she was 14.
Epstein persuaded her to give oral sex to Marcinko by offering her another $200 if she did it for five minutes.

According to the victim, Marcinko bought sex toys for them to use as a present for Epstein's birthday one year.
Recary told the court that one 17-year-old victim was paid $300 by Epstein for each massage and given $200 as a 'Christman bonus'.
Recary detailed his interviews with Alfredo Rodriguez, Epstein's former driver, butler and head of security.
Rodriguez said that 'girls as young as his daughter come in' the house and that were 'too young' to be giving a massage.
When asked how young, Rodriguez said: 'Very young'.
Recary said that during the search of Epstein's house they discovered a purple Twin Torpedo - a sex toy that was eventually shown to the jury at the trial of Ghislaine Maxwell.
In one shocking passage of testimony, Recary says that when Epstein penetrated one victim - it is not clear who - she 'screamed no'.

After examining Epstein's computer Recary found photos of what he believed were the victims he had spoken to previously.
Such was Epstein's control over the victims that Recary had to stop telling them information because so much was being leaked back to him, the transcript states.
Some girls even refused to talk to the police, telling them: 'I love Jeffrey, I'm not testifying against him'.
