Her social media name is weed_slut_420 and some might say it’s appropriate handle for someone who was closely associated with America’s best known crack cocaine addict.

Hunter Biden’s ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan is a 30-year-old New Yorker whose other claim to fame is a range of lingerie, erotic dancewear and weed-smoking paraphernalia under her own similarly-named brand.

The entrepreneur and founder of Weedslut was described as a ‘quintessential businesswoman’ in a 2021 magazine piece in which she revealed she is a former ‘online cam-girl’ and ‘sex worker’, discusses her ‘ideal lover’ and poses topless in her own creations.

Kestan, is giving evidence in Hunter Biden’s criminal trial, also testified for five hours at a federal courthouse in Delaware in 2022 during the grand jury hearing over the first son’s alleged tax crimes.

Kennedy also believed that instead of helping keep Hunter sober she ‘enabled’ him on another drug binge in Los Angeles in 2018.

Kestan and Hunter spent much of their time together at luxury hotels in New York and California, records from Hunter’s abandoned laptop show.

These included the Four Seasons, SIXTY SoHo, Soho Grand, the Mercer, Chateau Marmont – where Hunter wrote in his memoir that he learned to cook crack cocaine, the Hollywood Roosevelt, NoMad and Jeremy West Hollywood.

Hunter also spent thousands of dollars on AirBnB home rentals for the two of them in LA in 2018, according to his emails.

One booking with both their names, was for a month-long stay from April 5 to May 5 2018 costing $8,424.90, in a two-bed home in the trendy LA neighborhood of Silverlake.

Kestan took over with a colorful account of their debauched months together in 2017 and 2018 – as Hunter sat with his hand over his mouth.

When asked to identify him in the courtroom, he smiled and waved at her.

Wearing a black suit with a colorful silk scarf and floral print clutch handbag, Kestan told how she met Hunter by giving him a private dance at 'gentlemen's club' in Manhattan  in late 2017. 

Entering a room for her last private dance of the night, she encountered Hunter already in there with another dancer.

‘The music was off because the club was about to close,’ she said. ‘He took out his phone and started playing Fleet Foxes.’

She said he was ‘incredibly charming, charismatic and friendly’ – but that within 10 minutes he had gone to a balcony to light up a crack pipe. She declined his invite back to his hotel, but gave him her number.

Looking him up online she ‘put two and two together’ and realized he was the former Vice President’s son, she told the jury. They then began a series of hotel stays together over the following months, with Hunter smoking crack constantly.

At the Soho Grand Hotel a week later, she said there were ‘bottles of alcohol, room service and luggage strewn across the room’ and ‘within the first 10 minutes’ he started smoking crack.

Kestan said their longest hotel stay was at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, where they stayed for over a month, and where she watched Hunter learn how to cook crack in the suite kitchen.

She said it was meant to be a detox trip, but when she arrived in LA Hunter was already partying and bingeing.

Kestan said he also attempted rehab using a drug from the skin of a frog to ‘purge’ himself – but that also failed.

In a blow to the defense case, Kestan described Hunter taking out large sums of cash and using it to buy drugs.

Hunter's attorney Abbe Lowell tried to suggest to the jury that the tens of thousands of dollars Hunter withdrew at ATMs and bank branches was for everyday expenses and rent.

‘He used cash for a lot of things,’ Kestan testified. ‘I knew a lot of it was for buying drugs.’

She said Hunter would even send temporary access codes to drug dealers so they could withdraw cash from his account at a Wells Fargo ATM without his bank card.

Prosecutor Leo Wise showed the jury photographs from Kestan’s phone, of the two of them in hotel suites in February and March 2018, with used crack pipes visible in the background.

Kestan said his demeanor did not change when he smoked.

‘He was super charming, everybody loved him,’ she said. ‘I didn’t notice it at all. I thought to myself, it’s crazy that his demeanor doesn’t seem to be changing.’

Another photo elicited chuckles from the audience. It showed Hunter at a Chateau Marmont hotel room wearing a t-shirt that appeared to be the adidas logo, but in fact read ‘aadicted’ with a cannabis leaf.

Described as ‘refreshingly candid’ during her interview with Canadian art and fashion publication Editorial Magazine, Kestan revealed: ‘My ideal lover is definitely someone who is confident, adventurous, extremely generous, and very present with their sexuality.

‘I’m a very explorative lover,' she added. 'I’m especially submissive, and I’m always very present in the moment. I always want to get the most out of my sexual experience.’

Kestan continues in a vein that would strike a chord with Biden: ‘I believe it’s really important to know each other’s unique interests and to learn how to continually adapt your own sexuality to your partners, so that the connection can continue to grow.

‘There’s never anything wrong with expanding your own sexual vocabulary, as long as there is always a foundation of respect, empathy, admiration, and generosity.’

If Hunter Biden thought their former relationship was true love during their nine months together in 2017 and 2018, Kestan shattered that notion.

‘I’ve seen true love and I’ve read about it in history books,’ she told the outlet. ‘I’ve yet to experience it. 

'I’ve found love in romantic relationships, and I like to think I’ve even found unconditional love amongst both lovers and friends.

‘But I believe true love requires two people to have their lives entwined over many phases of life, as they go through changes and become new versions of themselves.

‘I’m a sucker for love and romance,' she added. 'I’m single now and have grown tremendously from each romantic relationship I’ve had.’

She candidly continued: ‘I started performing as an online cam girl and eventually spent a few years dancing in gentleman’s clubs in NYC as a means of making a living while starting a freelance design career.

‘Participating in that kind of work came so naturally to me, and provided a whole new mindset to so many things I’ve always been interested in. I’ve always been wildly interested in women’s sexuality and body politics, so I was quickly led to thinking about lingerie in a brand new light after becoming a sex worker.’

Her views on what is ‘sexy’ came down to ‘an aura, an attitude and an attribute… self-love, sincerity and ingenuity turn me on almost every time, no matter who or what it is I’m looking at.’

Kestan doesn’t forget about drugs in the interview. She gives her opinion on her favorite weed to smoke, the ones that made her happy and relaxed and the ‘heavy’ ones that should never be smoked ‘during the day’.

During her 2022 grand jury testimony, Biden’s ex said she was instructed by her then-lover to take out ‘thousands of dollars at a time’ from ATMs. She also reeled off a list of expensive New York City hotels, including the Soho Grand and Four Seasons, where she said she stayed with the president’s son.

The pair were also regularly spotted at New York parties and attended art show openings.

Prosecutor Derek Hines told the Delaware jury in Hunter’s gun crimes trial this week that Kestan will testify that Hunter smoked crack ‘every 20 minutes except when he slept’ while she dated him in 2018.

She is set to appear as the prosecution’s third witness, after an FBI agent who probed Hunter’s alleged gun crimes, and his ex-wife Kathleen Buhle.
