Two motorcyclists were transported to the hospital with serious injuries on after a crash on Saturday after a crash.
According to a Facebook post, just after 3 p.m. Saturday Mountain View Fire Rescue and Frederick-Firestone Rescue were called to Weld County Road 32 and Colorado Boulevard for a motorcycle and car collision that occurred in the middle of the intersection. The two motorcyclists were determined to be ‘critical trauma’ patients and were transported to the hospital.
Mead Police Department will be conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash.
Mountain View Fire Rescue was unable to provide a status update on the injured parties’ conditions and Mead Police did not immediately respond the Times-Call’s inquiry.
