An Aurora man has been accused of stealing approximately $150,000 worth of construction supplies and equipment from a Superior site.
Jay Dee Grow, 45, is facing charges of theft of more than $100,000, burglary, criminal mischief of $1,000 and criminal trespass.
According to a news release by the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Grow was identified as a suspect following the April 13 theft at 2250 Main St. in Superior. On Wednesday, Grow was located and arrested by Aurora police and later booked into Boulder County Jail.
He is currently in custody on a $100,000 bond and is set for an advisement at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
