Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF) helps finance clean water and wastewater projects with loans and grants.

Small Hydropower Loan Program (SHLP) helps finance hydropower projects below 10MWs with low-interest loans and feasibility grants.

Water Revenue Bond Program (WRBP) finances large water and wastewater projects, dams/reservoirs, and water rights with municipal bonds and a cost of issuance subsidy.

Our experienced and talented team's mission is to provide the lowest cost financing to municipalities in the State of Colorado to make sure that every Colorado resident has access to Clean Drinking Water.

Helped over 400 Towns, Cities, and Districts provide Clean Drinking water to their residents. 

Provided over $3.5 billion of funding to Colorado Municipalities for Water and Wastewater projects.

The Colorado Water Authority's Governor Appointed Board meets 7 times a year.

The Colorado Water Authority provides below market interest rates and subsidized municipal bond issuances.

There are 7 loan application deadlines a year, but applications can be submitted at any time.
