Carolina Miranda
Carolina Miranda (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Cultivating Capital, a Certified B Corp since 2012 that works with small businesses to implement sustainable business practices. She specializes in helping small businesses to certify and recertify as B Corps.
Jamie Oulton
Jamie Oulton (she/her) discovered her love for B Corps during an undergraduate seminar on social entrepreneurship in 2014. Her passion for renewable energy and sustainability led her to Certified B Corp, Namaste Solar. Jamie’s time spent as a co-owner of Namaste Solar allowed her to form connections within the B Corp Community and get involved in all aspects of using business as a force for good at a mid-sized company. Prior to joining Cultivating Capital, Jamie focused her energy on employee engagement and communication programs to better align organizational members around mission and values.
Amanda Yohn
Amanda Yohn (she/they) learned to appreciate the earth at an early age and has always strived to serve as a responsible land steward. After becoming a parent, she recognized the importance of becoming an ethically conscious consumer and has since endeavored to find and share sustainable solutions. Before joining Cultivating Capital, Amanda worked for a diverse range of organizations, including small businesses, government, retail, and the nonprofit sector. Her unwavering commitment to promoting sustainable practices and fostering a sense of community, combined with her experience and acquired knowledge, have provided the perfect foundation for her role as Executive Assistant at Cultivating Capital. She is honored to bring her talents and enthusiasm to the team.
