“THE TRAITORS” Led Winners of the Sixth Annual Critics Choice Real TV Awards with Four Awards

“The Traitors” led the winners, taking home four awards including Best Competition Series and Best Ensemble Cast in an Unscripted Series along with Best Show Host and Male Star of the Year for Alan Cumming. This year’s show also honored television host John Walsh with the Career Achievement Award, while television personality Tom Bergeron was the first recipient of the Sam Rubin Award. During the show, the Career Achievement Award was presented to Walsh by his son Callahan Walsh, while the Sam Rubin Award was presented to Bergeron by Alfonso Ribeiro. The Sam Rubin Award was created in honor of the great Sam Rubin, a renowned journalist and longtime member of CCA’s Board of Directors who passed away in May of this year.
