Earning Criteria

  • Badge earners complete 35+ hours of coursework via our comprehensive career readiness curriculum. Hours are inclusive of weekly in-person or virtual cohort classes/sessions with company representatives, one-on-one meetings with course instructors and coaches, and independent research and goal setting. 80% attendance at weekly sessions is required.
  • Complete the following course deliverables: 1) Develop elevator pitch; adapt for various situations; 2) Produce a military-to-civilian transition story (Tell me about yourself); 3) Develop master and targeted resumes 4) Refine LinkedIn profile; 5) Complete mock interview and receive detailed feedback 6) Develop target list of companies for relationship-based career strategy.
  • Complete a pre- and post-program assessment to measure learning and growth.
