Colvin R. Hurdle OBITUARY

Colvin R. Hurdle, 80, of Bloomfield, CT, and devoted husband of over 40 years to Mary (Potter) Hurdle, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 28, 2024. Colvin was born October 27, 1943, in Cleavers Hills, Barbados, son to the late Jordan Norris and Mirrell Hurdle. Colvin retired from Jefferson House, in Newington, CT, after many years of service.

Along with his devoted wife Mary, Colvin leaves to celebrate his memory his sons Ricardo Hurdle (Charlene), William and Richard Hurdle, and Quantas Forsythe; his daughter, Petina Spinnato (Terris), two brothers, four sisters, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other close relatives and friends.

Colvin’s family will receive family and friends on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 9am-10am, followed by a celebration of life at 10am, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 580 Tower Ave., Bloomfield, CT.
