Labyrinth Brewing Company announced the business will be closing its doors for good on Sunday, July 21, according to a Facebook post.

“We had a hell of a run over the last 6 years but we’ve reached the end of this journey,” the brewery posted. “Labyrinth will be closing our doors on Sunday, 7/21.”

The Manchester brewery has been around for six years and has been a mainstay in the state’s craft beer scene, with brews like New England IPA Turbo Love Juice and Sour Batch series. They boasted a cozy, inviting brewery where Dungeons & Dragons meets heavy metal references abound in their merch and labels.

“There are many factors but no single reason that lead up to this choice and the short version is: the numbers don’t work,” Labyrinth said in a Facebook post. “This was not a decision we made lightly but it is one we have made nevertheless.”

This CT brewery is in the heart of its community. It adds to the town’s ambiance one ale at a time

Labyrinth went on to thank its staff and customers: “We are humbled to have had the chance to share our dream and some beers with you all.

“While this is the end for Labyrinth it’s also the beginning of whatever comes next.”
