Peppy Georgian flat
Traveler contributor Lydia Mansel booked this two-bedroom property to live and work in during the fall of 2021. Her one qualm: The third-floor location, sans elevator. After hauling her luggage up the stairs, though, the stay was a delight. “My room overlooked the private car park, the rolling green hills of the English countryside, and the rows of townhouses made of Bath stone,” she wrote. “I spent the majority of my time in the flat in the cozy living room. Two plush couches, a smart TV, a coffee table, a non-working fireplace, bookshelves, and a dining room table outfitted the spacious area. It was modest, comfortable, and, most importantly, equipped with strong Wi-Fi.”
