Sarah "FIGHT" Broadbent is a combat-proven leader and collaborative senior cyber intelligence analyst. As an officer in the U.S. Air Force, she is highly skilled at driving integrated analysis to formulate actionable strategies and to supply information to decision makers and warfighters combating threats in air and cyberspace.

Sarah’s dedication to engage with partners across the globe has shaped her into an expert at leveraging tactical expertise for strategic engagements and guiding teams to tackle the complex challenges of an increasingly multipolar world. Using her experience as a multilingual military officer, she also co-authored an article on the competitive advantage of harnessing language-enabled analysts in cyber operations and information warfare.

Her recent notable roles include: being the Intelligence Director (J2) for one of the Cyber National Mission Force's Joint Task Forces, being the Assistant Director of Operations for Cyber Training & Tactics, and a U.S. Cyber Command Cyber Operations Mission Commander while in the 341st Cyberspace Operations Squadron. Sarah is also known for her ability to streamline processes, distill complex topics, and drive buy-in to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently.

From analyzing Russian fighter intercepts in Syrian airspace early in her career to countering malicious cyber actors across the globe, Sarah is enabled by her passion for leadership and problem-solving to provide timely, meaningful analysis to complex operations while inspiring and focusing team members to succeed in ambiguous environments.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Foreign Area Studies, with minors in Arabic and Spanish, and a Master of Arts degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Sarah has served overseas in Jordan, Qatar, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and South Korea, and supported combat operations in Iraq, Syria, and Libya.
