Kate Middleton and Prince William’s Children Are Royally Adorable! Meet George, Charlotte and Louis
Raising three young children may be difficult, but juggling royal duties makes parenthood even harder. Fortunately, Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton have perfected the way they juggle their royal family responsibilities on top of parenting their kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
In fact, the Duke of Cambridge and the Duchess of Cambridge — who married in April 2011 — are focused on giving their kiddos the most normal upbringing possible. “Kate and William put a lot of emphasis on doing normal things together,” a friend of the pair told Closer Weekly in May 2019. “They just want their kids to be kids.”

Prince George
William and Kate became parents for the first time when they welcomed son George on July 22, 2013. The little royal is set to be king one day as he is second in the line of succession to the British throne behind his dad.
Since welcoming George, Kate and William can’t believe how big their son is getting. Not only is the blonde-haired cutie a great son, but he’s also a wonderful older brother to his younger siblings, especially when it comes to having Charlotte’s back in school.
“He is such a protective older brother that Kate knows he’ll keep an eye on Charlotte,” a friend told Closer in September 2019.
The insider also dished that the future King of England is already showing a keen interest in numerous topics in school. “George is a curious child whose favorite subjects are geography, English and history,” the royal pal explained.
When George isn’t in the classroom, however, he’s usually playing outside with his siblings or friends. After mom Kate designed a garden for the Chelsea Flower Show in May 2019, a royal source told Closer how much little George loves being outdoors.
“George had such fun he didn’t want to leave. He loved exploring the garden and shares the same passion for nature as his grandfather, Charles,” the royal source shared at the time. “All the kids helped Kate and designers put the garden together. George, who is usually much quieter than Charlotte, made sure he had his say on the positioning of everything and choosing all of his favorite plants and flowers! He’s already showing the signs of being a great leader!”

Princess Charlotte
Charlotte was welcomed into this world after Kate gave birth to her and William’s second child on May 2, 2015. Ever since she was a baby, the sweet youngster — who is third in the line of succession — has always had a fiery and sassy personality.
Like her older brother, Charlotte enjoys school and outdoor activities. But while George opts for classes like geography or English, [Charlotte “is more drawn to the arts,” and she also loves “math, reading, French, music and ballet classes,” a source told Closer. “She loves dancing and is already talking about wanting the lead in the school’s Christmas play.”
Though Charlotte has George to keep an eye on her in school, the insider noted the little girl doesn’t have any problem making friends.
“She has a strong personality and is the kind of little girl who knows what she wants and doesn’t let anything get in her way,” the source continued. “Charlotte is outgoing and oozes confidence. Standing in front of hundreds of paparazzi doesn’t faze her in the slightest. She actually enjoys being in the spotlight!”
Charlotte is also a little fashion guru already! While stepping out for a royal event in November 2019, Kate opened up to a fan about her daughter’s knack for an adorable style. “My little girl Charlotte loves plaits, but her hair’s only this long so we have to do them at the top,” the duchess told a young girl during her outing, according to Daily Mail’s royal correspondent, Rebecca English.

Prince Louis
William and Kate welcomed their third child, Louis, on April 23, 2018. Since making his arrival, the little bundle of joy has accomplished many exciting milestones.
At around 7 months old, Kate opened up about her little man while chatting with attendees at a royal event. “Louis is getting bigger, I can’t believe he’s like seven months now. He’s a big boy,” the doting mama told a fan in the crowd outside the Leicester City Football Club’s King Power Stadium in Leicester, England.
Although Louis was already walking at the time, Kate couldn’t help but divulge details when the little tot was still trying to learn. “Louis just wants to pull himself up all the time,” the brunette beauty shared with fans at a royal outing in March 2019. “He has got these little walkers and is bombing around in them.”
It seems like Louis may be as smart as his older brother and sister considering the radiant royal bragged about how quickly he got the hang of crawling. “Louis is a fast crawler,” Kate told a woman in the crowd outside Scotland’s Victoria and Albert Museum in January 2019, according to People.
In May 2019, the Duchess of Cambridge opened up about Louis’ milestone accomplishments and dished that the little guy was surprising them in so many ways. “I turned around the other day and he was at the top of the slide — I had no idea!” Kate exclaimed during a royal outing to a World War II code-breaking center in London, People reported. “[He’s] keeping us on our toes.”
It seems Louis adopted his silly personality trait from his older sister. “Louis shares similar personality traits to both George and Charlotte, but if I had to pick out of the two, I’d say he’s more like Charlotte,” a source told Closer. “The two of them really enjoy being the center of attention!”
