4Warn Weather – Cover up your patio furniture and check your sump pump as flooding rain from Hurricane Beryl is heading to Detroit.

It’s a bit muggy Monday evening and overnight, with a low dropping to around 70 degrees in most locations.

A weak, cold front out to the west could bring us an isolated shower. Otherwise, it’s mostly cloudy and humid.

Tuesday

Tuesday will be a muggy day again, with a high of 84. I can’t rule out some spotty showers and t-storms, but most of the day will be dry.

Wednesday

Overnight Tuesday into Wednesday, expect heavy rain from the remnants of Hurricane Beryl to move to the upper midwest.

As much as 1-3 inches of rain could fall, causing widespread flooding across Metro Detroit.
