A new hot chicken restaurant is opening this week in Macomb County.
Dave’s Hot Chicken is opening its newest Michigan location in Shelby Township, at 13993 Hall Road on Friday, July 12.

The national chicken chain has six other locations already open in Michigan, including in Dearborn, Southfield, Howell, Warren and Troy.
The menu is what you’d expect -- chicken. A lot of it. Tenders, sliders, fries and all the fixings.
Three childhood friends, Chef Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan and Tommy Rubenyan opened the chicken chain in 2017.
The company has sold the rights to more than 700 franchise locations in the U.S., Middle East and Canada, and had plans to open 90 locations in 2024.
