Amongst the sea of England fans who packed out the stands for the Serbia game on Sunday was Megan Pickford, wife of Three Lions keeper Jordan, with her joined fellow WAG Anouska Santos for the team's opening game of Euro 2024.

Having been childhood sweethearts with ex Sunderland player Jordan since their Washington school days, Megan has been there for all of the big moments in his career so far, including his first team debut for the Black Cats, his first game for now club Everton and many of his performances in an England jersey.

Megan was one of the contingent of England WAGs who cheered Gareth Southgate's men on all the way to the Euro 2020 final three years ago, after the tournament was delayed by a year due to Covid. A close friend of Fern Maguire, wife of defender Harry, Megan would went all out for the Euros fixtures at Wembley, travelling down in party taxis and dressing in personalised England shirts.

So it's no surprise that the mum of two has now shared photos of herself at the Veltins Arena on Sunday, with her over in Germany to see husband Jordan keep a clean sheet in what was a pretty uninspiring opener, as England edged past Serbia 1-0 thanks to a Jude Bellingham goal.

Wearing England's new home kit with Pickford 1 on the back, Megan joined Luke Shaw's girlfriend Anouska Santos at the game, with her putting a photo of herself on Instagram and captioning it: 'bae @jpickford1," to which the man himself quickly responded to with a series of love heart emojis.

Megan also appeared on Anouska's Insta story, as she too donned an England strip for the occasion. Megan's trip to Germany was only a flying visit, as she was seen landing back in Manchester with Anouska on Monday.

Making his own post about the 1-0 win, Jordan took to social media to write: "Win and clean sheet! Solid start," with Megan replying: "so proud."
