Naperville Police Department
The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 20-year-old Aurora man was arrested on charges of possession of loaded machine gun and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon at 5:11 p.m. July 3 in the 2700 block of Showplace Drive.
- A 33-year-old Naperville man was arrested on a warrant at 1:43 a.m. July 3 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
- A 40-year-old woman from Clarksville, Tennessee, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and endangering the health/life of a child at 4:39 p.m. July 4 at Diehl Road and North Route 59.
- A 43-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, not wearing a seatbelt and speeding over the statutory limit at 7:35 p.m. July 4 at Diehl and Shore roads.
- A 45-year-old man from Aurora was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with expired registration at 12:30 a.m. July 6 at Bond Street and Platinum Avenue.
- A 55-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of first-degree murder at 10:06 a.m. July 6 in the 2500 block of Saddlebrook Drive.
- An 18-year-old woman from Country Club Hills was arrested on charges of battery and battery/bodily harm at 11:26 p.m. July 6 in the 5300 block of Cedar Drive.
- A 36-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions at 11:58 p.m. July 6 at Lisson Road and Hidden Valley Drive.
- A 37-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of battery at 2:49 a.m. July 7 at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 30-year-old man from Glen Ellyn was arrested on charges of battery, knowingly damaging property and resisting a peace officer at 12:19 a.m. July 7 in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue.
- A 30-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on a warrant at 1:33 a.m. July 7 in the 200 block of South Washington Street.
- A 63-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of burglary at 10:01 p.m. July 7 in th 600 block of Four Seasons Boulevard in Aurora.
