Rittenhouse faces homicide charges in the shooting deaths of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and an attempted homicide charge after he shot at Gaige Grosskreutz, 27, during unrest in Kenosha in August 2020 in the days after a white Kenosha police officer shot Jacob Blake, a now-30-year-old Black man.
