Retail Gazette launches Ecommerce Insider Community for ‘leaders and decision makers’

Retail Gazette has launched an Ecommerce Insider Community exclusively for ‘leaders and decision makers’ from across the world of ecommerce and retail technology.

Launching in partnership with Charged, the community – which launches today and is free to join – is open to C-level executives, department heads and directors, bringing them together to address some of the most important tech issues in retail today.

Web 3.0 and the digital evolution are changing online retail as we know it, as new technology – from the metaverse and cloud-based solutions to AI and drone deliveries – underpins a raft of new opportunities to connect with shoppers in 2022’s post-pandemic landscape.

Retailers are looking to make sense of these new technologies; to maximise their impact on retail and deliver clear benefits across their business.

At the same time, omnichannel strategy and digital solutions have never been more important. With 20% of retail sales now made online, the post-pandemic shift to ecommerce is set to stay and retailers are looking to capitalise on that growth while also reenergising the in-store customer experience.

A number of exclusive free networking events and opportunities will be taking place regularly throughout the year, exclusively for members of the Ecommerce Insider Community, putting them in a unique position to decipher the key innovations and technology challenges having an impact on retail.

“From web 3.0 to the metaverse, online is changing fast,” said Retail Gazette’s editor Gemma Goldfingle.

“Our Ecommerce Insider Community is here to help you make sense of this new world we’re entering that has the potential to upend how we work, live and shop.

“Connect with your peers, debate what this new wave of online means for your business, and solve the industry’s big challenges together.”
