Senior Architect - Technologist:

Qualifications:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the OBC

  • Manage project timelines and work within established project budgets

  • Research building materials, assemblies and details

  • Coordinating mechanical/structural/electrical drawings develop plans, elevations and details

  • Project coordination with design team and project management team

  • Ability to create details as per custom design

  • Reviewing full sets of construction working drawings, check drawings and markup/ correct discrepancies prior to issuance

  • Provide Project Manager with queries for clarifications during coordination meetings

  • Multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

 

Senior Contract Administrator:

Qualifications:

  • Experience in multiple types of Construction methods

  • 8-10 years’ experience within construction industry

  • Excellence and understanding in a variety of construction systems and experience in on-site construction experience is a must

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat

  • Well-organized with good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to coordinate consultants and office staff

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Must possess adequate computer skills to produce reports, documents

  • Employment position allows remote work and requires in office attendance 1-2 days a week with daily check-ins (voice and or email)

Intern Architect:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in architecture 

  • Relevant work experience in design/design development with mid-rise and multi-family building types preferred 

  • Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Lumion (would be bonus) 

  • Familiarity with municipal approvals, zoning by-laws and Committee of Adjustment is an asset 

  • Capable, flexible, self-motivated and collaborative with excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Ability to coordinate consultants and office staff

InterIor Designer:

Qualifications:

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering quality hospitality and Multi Family Residential Interiors.

  • Conducts programming - space planning, layout and placement of furnishings and equipment.

  • Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Lumion (would be bonus) 

  • Responsible for selection and specification of furniture, lighting, flooring, wall covering and artwork.

  • Solicits bids from vendors-trades

  • Estimates material requirements and costs. 

  • Responsible for keeping the project on schedule including time on task

  • Responsible for communication with sub consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provides support as necessary.
