Augusta man shot last week in New York is doctor with history of disciplinary actions against him
The New York State Police have confirmed the man a trooper shot and injured last week in Barryville, New York, is Paul G. Gosselin, an osteopathic doctor whose medical license has been suspended several times over the past 25 years.
