Methods of Submitting a Complaint

We strongly recommend that you use our online complaint form. It’s the quickest way to get a response to your complaint because it prompts you to provide all the necessary information as you submit your complaint.

If you are unable to use the online interactive questionnaire, you can also provide us with the details of your complaint by any of the following methods.

To ensure reasonable access to the CCTS, particularly for persons with disabilities, we may accept complaints by telephone. Please be prepared to provide us with all of the required information contained in Information we need to help you. If you want to make a complaint by phone, call us at 1-888-221-1687.

Video Relay Service (VRS)

Customers who prefer can contact us using VRS. Our customer service agents are trained to interact with customers and the VRS operator to help customers file their complaints or obtain information.
