Bears' Javin White: Returning to Chicago
White (knee) and the Bears agreed on a contract Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
White sat out the entire 2022 season on the Bears' injured reserve while recovering from a torn ACL, and he spent the entire 2023 campaign as a free agent. The linebacker will look to prove his health with Chicago at training camp in an attempt to appear in his first NFL regular-season contest since playing in two games with the Raiders and Jets in 2021.

Bears' Gerald Everett: Activated off NFI list
The Bears activated Everett (undisclosed) off the active/non-football injury list Sunday, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Everett landed on the NFI list Friday due to an undisclosed issue, but the matter was apparently minor, as he's coming off the list two days later. With his activation, the veteran will be eligible to practice with the team. Everett is slated to work as the Bears' backup at tight end behind Cole Kmet this season.

Bears' Braxton Jones: Will be limited to begin camp
Jones (undisclosed) will be limited during the start of training camp, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.
Per Sean Hammond of Shaw Local, Jones' injury is a carryover from OTAs/minicamp. Head coach Matt Eberflus indicated Saturday that the injury is "nothing major" and said that the starting left tackle is close to being back at full speed.

Bears' T.J. Edwards: Limited to begin camp
Edwards (undisclosed) will be limited for the start of training camp but isn't dealing with a significant injury, Courtney Cronin of ESPN.com reports.

Bears' Jamree Kromah: Coming off PUP list
Chicago activated Kromah (undisclosed) from its active/PUP list Friday, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports.
Kromah just went onto the PUP list Thursday, but apparently he's already back in shape for football activities. He'll have to impress the Bears' coaching staff ahead of Week 1 to earn a spot on their final 53-man roster.

Bears' Gerald Everett: Lands on NFI list
The Bears placed Everett (undisclosed) on the active/non-football injury list Friday, Chris Emma of 670TheScore.com reports.
Everett suffered a knee issue Week 18 last season with the Chargers, but placement on the NFI list is an indication that his current injury is unrelated. He's eligible to be activated t at any point this summer. Everett figures to work behind Cole Kmet for Chicago this season, and with a trio of notable wideouts atop the depth chart in DJ Moore, Keenan Allen and Rome Odunze, it's difficult to imagine much receiving work will be left over for the No. 2 tight end. After exceeding the 400-yard mark for the past five seasons, it wouldn't be surprising if Everett's production as a pass catcher declines during the 2024 season.

Bears' Jamree Kromah: Goes on active/PUP list
Kromah (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list by the Bears on Wednesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
The defensive tackle signed with Chicago after going undrafted. Kromah recorded 31 tackles, including 11 sacks, during his final collegiate season at James Madison in 2023.

Bears' Kiran Amegadjie: Starting camp on NFI list
The Bears placed Amegadjie (quadriceps) on the active/non-football injury list Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Amegadjie was injured prior to the 2024 NFL Draft and missed all of OTAs and minicamp after the Bears selected him in the third round. It's hard to envision Amegadjie pushing Braxton Jones or Darnell Wright for a starting job at offensive tackle this summer after all of the missed reps.
