ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Odessa City Councilmember for District 1, Mark Matta has issued an apology after he sent “inappropriate text messages”.
Matta added that those messages were sent to a woman who was not his wife.
According to Matta’s statement, the messaging ended over a year ago.
Matta’s statement was posted to his social media along with a video message.
