ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - According to the Odessa Police Department, a 33-year-old man is dead after a motorcycle crash at the intersection of E. Loop 338 and Arroyo Rd.
After an investigation, OPD learned that a black 2021 Ford F-150 was facing south in the 4500 Block of NE Loop 338 attempting to turn East onto Arroyo. That’s when a white 2006 Harley Davidson, operated by the 33-year-old was traveling north in the 4500 block of NE Loop 338.
A beige 2022 GMC Denali was stopped at a stop sign facing west at Arroyo and the NE Loop 338 intersection. The 2021 Ford F-150 failed to yield right of way and turned left in front of the Harley Davidson causing the motorcycle to hit the F-150.
The F-150 then hit the GMC Denali.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital where he later died.
OPD added that the next of kin have been notified.
