Man shot in face in stable condition, another man arrested for aggravated assault

MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - According to the Midland County Sheriff’s Office 36-year-old Daniel Rico is in custody after the deputies found a man with a gunshot wound to the face.
MCSO says that officers were called to 1200 N County Rd 1081, for a disturbance with weapons, it was there that they found the man injured.
The victim was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital and is in stable condition.
An investigation led officers to find Daniel Rico who has been booked into the Midland County Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury.
