Suspect wanted after woman is strangled to death in Midland

MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Midland Police are on the hunt for the man suspected of killing a 34-year-old woman.
Officials say that at about 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Kendra Vollmers was found dead in a home by family members, in the 4400 block of Parkdale Drive.
Investigators believe that Vollmers was strangled to death. They also learned that 54-year-old Wilburt Ray Davis was the person believed to be responsible.
A warrant for murder has been issued for Davis who is still at large.
