Hey there! I’m Chloe Brotheridge.

Coach. Hypnotherapist. Writer. Podcaster. Anxiety calmer. Bestselling author and toddler Mum. 

I’ve been you. 

I’ve struggled with anxiety and self-doubt. Had panic attacks so bad, I thought I’d die. I was so nervous meeting new people, and public speaking was a definite ‘no’. And despite my training and qualifications, imposter syndrome was always waiting to pounce. 

Tweleve years ago, I went on a mission to become a calmer, more confident person. And I’ve put in the hours. Done all the therapy. Read all the books. Trained hard to become a hypnotherapist. Studied NLP, coaching and breathwork.

I’ve even spent time with Shamans in the Amazon jungle.

Today, I’m a calmer, happier and more self-assured person.
