Caitlyn is an Associate Commerce Editor at Byrdie, where she covers beauty and style topics ranging from skincare, makeup, and hair care to fashion trends, big sales, and more. Throughout her life, Caitlyn has struggled with all sorts of acne—from whiteheads, blackheads, and cysts, to hormonal acne and body acne. In her pursuit of clear skin, she has worked with countless dermatologists and estheticians and has learned all there is to know about fancy treatments, OTC and prescription products, and the right ingredients for each type of breakout.

For all beauty topics, she’s dedicated to scouring the market for good deals, reporting on the best products money can buy, and spreading the word about formulas that deliver on what they promise to do.
