Experience

Brooke's first career was in the editorial department at Vogue and Teen Vogue before she went back to graduate school for nutrition. She has been writing and contributing to publications as a nutrition and cannabis expert since 2007.

Brooke has been quoted and written for numerous print and digital publications, including Byrdie, Well+Good, Refinery29, SHAPE, Glamour, People, Town and Country, and many more. She is also a regular on national TV including Good Morning America, The Doctor Oz Show, and The Today Show. 

Education

Brooke received her Masters of Science at New York University and completed her training at Mount Sinai Hospital in affiliation with NYU. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Brooke completed The Holistic Cannabis Academy’s program to become a cannabis practitioner in 2018.
