Fresh off House of the Dragon premiering its second season on Sunday, HBO has announced that another Game of Thrones prequel is officially in production.

Emma D'Arcy as Rhaenyra Targaryen wears a dark medieval-style outfit, standing on a rocky seaside landscape, from the TV show "House of the Dragon."

On Tuesday, the network revealed that work on A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is underway in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Better yet, they also released a first photo:

The image depicts actor Peter Claffey as Ser Duncan the Tall. A former rugby player, you might know Peter from the British series Wreck or an appearance on the Irish series Bad Sisters. He's also in Season 3 of Vikings: Valhalla, which premieres in July.

His and child actor Dexter Sol Ansell's castings were previously announced in April. According to Entertainment Weekly, Dexter plays "Egg," Duncan's squire. Dexter played Young Coriolanus in The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.

Peter and Dexter are the stars of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which is based on Game of Thrones author George R. R. Martin's 1998 novella The Hedge Knight.

Here's the new series' logline, courtesy of HBO: "A century before the events of Game of Thrones, two unlikely heroes wandered Westeros…a young, naïve but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg. Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne, and the memory of the last dragon has not yet passed from living memory, great destinies, powerful foes, and dangerous exploits all await these improbable and incomparable friends."

The network also announced on Tuesday that several other actors have been cast in major roles in the series, including True Detective: Night Country star Finn Bennett as Aerion Targaryen.

No word just yet on when A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms will air. Luckily, with House of the Dragon just beginning Season 2, that should hopefully tide over GoT fans for some time.
