Here's What Happened When We Set Out To Discover If Inclusive Activewear Is Actually Inclusive

Praying for a swamp crotch-free zone.

There are so many activewear brands on the market, so it can be hard trying to figure out which one is actually worth the hype — especially when your body doesn't quite fit into the ~traditional~ (tiny) sizing spectrum that the fashion industry seems to be clutching onto for dear life.

So, we decided to test one of them out for you — assembling three women with different body types to find out if their sizing really is as diverse as they say it is. The activewear brand in question? STAX., of course.

We also all agreed that we didn't want the tights to give us swamp crotch OR ~munch away~ to reveal a camel toe.

Anyone with a vulva will know this is essential.

Our first task — try them on and see if they actually fit...

And the next challenge? Actually working out in them, IRL.

The answer is deceivingly simple. Yes, inclusive activewear can be actually inclusive — if the brand cares enough to do their research on what this might actually look like.

If you're curious about the STAX. pieces we tried and want to snatch them up for yourself, here's all the information you need. Plus, score 10% off your order with code 'BUZZFEED'

In an effort to find out which brands are actually worthy of your hard-earned cash, we've launched a brand new YouTube series — Her Take.
