What to Expect
- Email sent to @bu.edu addresses are being routed through the Cisco Cloud Email Security solution before being directed to Office 365 or to other end-point systems such as BU Google Mail, departmental mail servers and personal accounts, via the BU mail relays.”
- Mail that the Cisco Cloud Email Security solution identified as malicious or was confident was spam was automatically deleted during the delivery process. This is similar to the default behavior on the legacy BU mail relays.
