This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Heights, Bay Ridge, Marine Park, and Windsor Terrace. How did they fare?

In the Prospect Heights Historic District, this 1880s brick row house is being used as a single-family with a garden level suite complete with kitchen. The house has been renovated with updates including central air. This former Open House Pick sold in May for the asking price of $5.4 million.

A Bay Ridge standalone is a single-family with a garage. Inside are parquet floors, stained glass, and a brick mantel. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $1.43 million, which was $220,000 under the asking price.

In Marine Park, this early 20th century semi-detached house has a garage and a shared driveway. There is still some vintage character in the house, including arched doorways, some pink and green Deco tile in the bathroom, and a rumpus room in the basement. This former Open House Pick entered contract in May.

A spacious one-bedroom in a late ’30s elevator building comes with original details, modern updates, and good storage. It��s on the third floor of 40 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace. This former Co-op of the Day sold in April for $650,000, which was $51,000 over the asking price.
