WA’s finest producers are at the centre of Jus Burgers (named after original owner Justin Bell, who moved on in mid-2017). From Amelia Park’s beef and lamb, to organic beef from the Blackwood Valley, veggies from Express Fresh and tempeh made in Margaret River, it truly is the state on a plate. Well, in a burger.

The Leederville location, opened at the end of 2008, was the first of the two outlets now in operation (the other is in Subiaco. Today, it remains one of the most popular diners on the strip.

Patties and chicken breasts are thick and juicy. The Turkish or brioche buns are lightly charred, adding a smoky character. These well-executed building blocks ensure every item on the menu shines, from the simple cheeseburger to the immense Guvnor.

There’s flexibility, too. Pork, fish, lamb, roo and vegetarian burgers round out a diverse selection. Optional extras include truffled chicken pate, additional patties, numerous cheeses, egg and bacon.

The drinks list is ultra compact and, with nothing priced over $10 (or $28 for a bottle of wine), ultra affordable too.
