That's super plus plus important for a seller to have those fixed, IMO.

I’ve contacted the buyer many times. He never responded once.

So it's 5 months?
I'd contact Help Desk and ask for a kind removal of this status, giving some
details of your communication attemps.
Otherwise the buyer can still complete the NRS and it's not good.
