The rooms could maybe be bigger and the prices are what they are. But this is not a problem of the riverside tower hotel, for being in Manhattan this was fantastic

The room was very, very small. Not too much of a big deal for me, but no space to store my suitcase easily and a struggle to navigate within the room without bumping into almost everything.

Small rooms, but still very good value for the money you pay

Great location and view, nice and modern 2 star hotel, very good value for money (especially for New York). Gym, coffee and water provided to all guests. Very friendly staff :)

Great value for money for what it offers

It does not offer Breakfast, but they offer coffee anytime, you can bring your food and eat on the available tables, very good and economic option. Everything new, completelly renovated. We were in 4, on a double room. Near a metro station (200 meters), you can go anywhere.

The only thing that would have improved it would be having a small refrigerator in the room.

We've stayed at the Riverside Tower Hotel for more than 20 years. Love the location and staff. New bathrooms are lovely.

Incredibly tiny room for a lot of money (of course everything in NY is $$$) but it still hurts.

I didn't like how the AC turns off every 2 hours, especially in the middle of the night when I had to get up again to turn it back on. My room was also extremely hot when I entered since the AC was off.

The room and bathroom was very clean. However, the bathroom had this overhead light that kept flashing red when it sensed me nearby and I have a feeling it might be a hidden camera or an alarm. This made me very uncomfortable and I hope the staff can check this out to make sure it is not a hidden camera.

The room wasnt cleaned evryday. Behind the bed there was some hair. The bed was too short for averange men.

The hotel is great comunicated and neighbourheod is safe.

The exhaust fan did not work in our specific unit, but this was probably just with out room. The area is small, which is to be expected, but we jsut got used to getting out of bed from the bottom.

The Subway is a little over a block away ans a bus stop less than a block away as extremely convenient. A/C worked well to keep us cool after running around all day. The shower was nice with plenty of hot water.

No live TV access. Only uninteresting pay per view films and option to log into my home streaming networks. Never before have I found a US hotel that didn’t freely provide repeats of Friends / Seinfeld / Modern Family / Cheers etc

Rooms were poorly soundproofed, could hear everything from the halls and some noise from outside.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location with excellent access to nice breakfast places and the metro station as well as bikes to use to move around the city. Beds were comfortable.
