The air conditioning is in terrible condition. We had never been so hot in our lives, the maintenance people were excellent but the air conditioning never worked perfectly.

It said free parking when i booked but when i got there the parking was $175, took forever to get our vehicle from valet, in the bathroom the water was running non stop in the tub for some reason.

More personel in the valet parking, to pay $25 per day and have to be waiting up to 20 min. To get your car is too much.

The rooms and decor could be updated more. The smell in the hotel was not good. My door was chipped heavily where the secure lock was supposed to protect you. It looked as though someone kept banging it previously. The air vents needed to be dusted and the water was yellow both days when taking a bath and shower. The water heads needs to be changed because the pressure was super hard coming out.

The location was excellent. The staff was excellent. The pizza spot at the bottom was great. The pool and food was great.

I didn’t like that you had to pay to park plus it’s a extra $100 fee which they do not tell you until the day of. There is at least 1 elevator that is not up to current code the sign said it expired in 2021. 2 of the elevators don’t work they are currently renovating some of the hotel

Our shower water temperature was either too hot or too cold and it was unsafe(hot) and uncomfortable(cold) to bath my toddler. I complained about this upon check in (Thursday) but didn’t hear back from maintenance. I called the front desk to complain about the water temperature again Friday since it wasn’t fixed and didn’t hear back. I requested to speak to the supervisor Saturday morning but couldn’t get them until after 10am… The supervisor was helpful and informative. It turns out it was a bigger issue with the bathroom shower therefore they were not able to correct the problem completely until the after weekend. The maintenance supervisor attempted to adjust temperatures to make it more comfortable. When we returned to the room Saturday night the water temperature was still uncontrolled. They offered us a new room on our last night which was nice but less than ideal because we had to wake up at 4am for our flight. This would have been helpful Thursday or Friday since we were bathing my toddler in the sink until the last night. Also adults were alternative the water temperatures to make it somewhat warm and took quick shower everyday.

Awesome beach access, pool and sauna. Great front desk staff, housekeeping, friendly security staff and pool attendants.

Room was not what we reserved on the first night…they moved us the next day to the oceanfront room. Room was old, furniture was really worn out, bathroom was small and not well maintained, grout very dirty and tiles were loose. Also, the elevators were a nightmare. They only had 2 elevators working and they were ridiculously crowded as well as having to constantly wait for them.

The beach was nice.

When we got there at 8:30 pm our room wasn’t ready, they gave us a room that wasn’t ocean view( that I paid for) there was no restaurant/bar open except for the little cafe downstairs (which was good)

The property isn’t bad just need some improvements. The first night I stayed in my room I noticed the shower heads were not in good shape so the next morning I asked for them to be replaced. They were never replaced the entire week stay which would have at least made me happy and the next upcoming guest happy as well. Also room service came and cleaned the room every day which was good but they always took my wash rags and towels and never replaced any each day for 5 days. I even left a tip hoping that would help but all I got was a TY note from room service but not towels, wash towels and large towels. I had to go down to the reception desk each night and get them. Other than that the hotel was ok.

It was close to the beach and every morning I woke up I saw the water. I love being close to the ocean.

Resort, run down, clean, but no places to eat, only pizza place, which was good, and pool bar, was okay. Room was clean, but so outdated.. Pool and beach area were nice
