There was no shampoo, water enough towels (we were only given 2 towels even though I booked for 4 pax). Pillows were pretty worn out and old.

Several and I mean several employees at the cafe Hollywood were rude, and we ate there easily 5 times. I called to have the dresser bottom drawer repaired as it didn’t work when we arrived. They fixed it but lasted just that day and we needed the dresser as we stayed 8 nights, so a little disappointed In that but totally the least of our worries.

Amazing options all around! Great food, great vibes and just an overall great location.

No poker room anymore. Water went out in our side of the hotel from several hours one night. Parking fees are ridiculous. Don't like the valet service very much. They take forever to park and retrieve the car. Left my car unlocked. My car had a horrible smell each time picking it up from the valet.

I liked the rate that was offered. I liked the location as it is centralized to other casinos I'm interested in.

The pool had some 'free of charge' sun loungers but none were near the pools and didn't get the sun before about 11 am. Not impressed.

Location on the Strip is excellent and close to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants. Very good bedding, mattress and pillows. The fitness centre had all of the equipment for cardio and strength training.

There wasn't water, coffee & tea making facilities or robes in the rooms.

Excellent location, so close to everything with so much to do everywhere you go from this location. Rooms were spacious and had magnificent views of the Bellagio fountain amongst other views and sites, noting we requested and paid for this view. Great atmosphere and plenty of lifts so limited waiting.

The room temp couldn’t cool down to temperature. I know it’s 1000 degrees in Vegas but it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in a warm room.

All of the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. The room was clean.

There was no housekeeping for our whole stay, even when we asked the room to be cleaned, they just changed towels and emptied trash cans, but they didn't touch the beds.

The hotel is good, clean comfy rooms and very good location. Right in the middle of everything. Staff is a bit absent, I didn't talk to anyone in my whole stay.

In the center of the strip. A good Casino, near by restaurants.

Just some small details: ) the shower was a trickle. Water pressure very low. Very hard to enjoy let alone have an effective shower. ) No way to clean the toilets after a number 2. Have to live with the mess until cleaning time. ) A bottle of water in the room could be nice. ) No glasses in the room The room is OK, just no thought about small details.

Housekeeping never showed up amd the room was mever cleaned, evwn when we explicitely asked for it to be cleaned. They added some extra charges that were never mentioned at the time of reservation and were only communicated after an initial payment was deducted. The room had only three shower towels when the room was booked for four people.

It was a tad confusing navigating where to go from the parking garage.

The location was perfect, in the middle of the strip. The miracle mile shops were right there as well. The price was great. The pool was really nice. The bed were comfy. The staff were really nice and helpful. The bathtub in the room was great. I loved the view from the 19th floor too.

Only being able to use two devices on the WiFi, being from overseas I needed a 3rd device, not to use a lot but for my banking, which hello, is important... oh but yes you can if you pay $15 a day, you miserable bunch of tight arses...

No area for dropping off people and bags to check in and then self park. Only able to do this if valet parking. Also no baggage carts to help get luggage to the room.

Wi-fi :(( Only 2 devices can be connected in the rooms. We know it is Las vegas style not to have any food or drinks in the room, but at least water in the room should have been there. The windows are very dirty, floor cleaning was not enough

The hotel is in Las vegas strip. And in the middle of everywhere. Actually you can reach to every location in strip in whichever hotel you stay, but this hotel has one of the best locations. The room was big enough for 4 person family with its 2 big size bed. (Would be better, if there was 1 double and 2 single beds)

The parking was absolutely a nightmare. I had to even pay and then go in every time to make sure that I was refunded. And people are waiting behind you! They are getting really mad!
