We really liked the city of Albuquerque on our long trip) This hotel is located in a pleasant area of ​​the city, within walking distance there is the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner. The hotel area is clean, the spacious room has a pleasant atmosphere, well-established climate control, built-in air conditioning system in high ceilings, pleasant access to refreshing air. Tried the TV and it got stuck on high volume, it was weird and yes I do know how to use a remote…had to unplug it. The water pressure in the shower was a dribble, that was the most disappointing after being on an airplane for hours. There was also mold growing along the edge of the shower, which I could smell so I closed the bathroom door- then it was ok smell wise. Admittedly, I am sensitive to smells. Also, of you arrive late you have to walk about a half block away to their sister hotel, something they should alert you via email so you tell your taxi or drive to the right door. I had to lug my suitcase around the block.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff member at the desk very friendly and sweet. I got in after midnight so mostly just wanted the shower and sleep.

Our room had a very musty smell that was very noticeable. I suspect that it may have to do with some sealing issues that I noticed around the shower, but obviously unsure on the actual cause. If it hadn't been for that, really everything with the room would have been fine. Our TV seemingly had a backlight issue as it was very dim, but we didn't really watch it so wasn't that big of a deal. I'm also not a fan of the half shower door concept, but it seems to be in every hotel nowadays so it's not a deterrent from booking again!

Check in was easy, parking was really simple right outside of our room. I wasn't super confident on the safety of the area, but the road it was on looked fairly updated and modern. It made us feel much better once we got there. The staff was great and accommodating. The room was pretty big and the bed was super comfortable. The property has been fairly updated with thoughtful touches like all the lights next to the bed and the large counterspace.

The shower design. It has half a door like European showers. Old town didn't have anything. There was like a cute a cafe but that's it. The hotel was cool. The location was boring.wasnt too into Albuquerque. Not a lot of places to eat that's within walking distance. More of an Albuquerque issue than the hotel. Hotel was cool minus shower door.

It had a strong odor in the room, like algae or mold. We thought there was supposed to be breakfast. The lobby was closed until 8:00 and then she started to make coffee. We left without getting any coffee

The shower didn’t work very well, hard to get the shower head to stay in place. I stayed in room 7, which was quite noisy (humming sort of noise) due to a generator outside. Was able to sleep with ear plugs, but would have preferred a quieter stay.

Great location right near Old Town, on Route 66. Room was renovated and stylish, with free coffee, a fridge, which were handy.

Negligent service and missing shower doors (!) that caused water to leak out.

We chose the motel for its location since we were on foot to the museum for a conference. Reviews overstated the facilities. The property felt rundown. The service was negligible. The office was closed at 8:00 am this morning and we needed to have our bags locked up.

The only concern for me here was internet. It was ok nearby reception/bar. In my room behind a swimming pool I almost never succeed with wifi. It was very frustrating as I needed to answer work emails, arrange uber etc

The room was very good and comfortable, a decent hotel room with a large clean bathroom. Overall very clean. Coffee, refrigerator, towels change, etc. I had a nice balcony with chairs as well. You only do not have beautiful facilities outside the room like in hotels if it is important. Just a nice room to sleep. Very quiet though the whole week I spent there.

I wasn't able to get my laptop to connect at all, so that prevented me from doing some work items. The iPad would glitch out later in the evening so I would have to sign off. Note that if you want/need housekeeping to come by to empty trash or change towels, you have to request this. Once done, the staff is very accommodating.

Generally quiet, and it was within walking distance of the hotel where I was attending a convention. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The lobby has ice water and good coffee.

Office not always open until 10am. Patio outside was not cared for; hosed down daily, or tables wiped. Tables inside needed cleaning too.

It was on a highway. I just imagined Albuquerque a bit different than it was, thinking things were all more like Old Town. Still, noise was no bother.

The pool could have used a bit of a clean with a skimmer. Also, our room had a very odd smell. We bought some room spray and continually sprayed but it just wouldn't go away. (It smelled quite earthy and pungent.)

The internet was spotty and slow. The walls are very thin. I could hear someone in the adjacent room coughing. Also, the road noise can be quite loud and the walls didn't do a great job of muffling the sound of people driving by.

The room was cute and comfortable. It was very conveniently located to access the parts of the city I wanted to visit. The bed was comfortable and I felt safe in the area. The lady working at the front desk who checked me in was polite and friendly.

I was disappointed that the character and feel of being on Route 66 was not there. The sign in the front was the only thing that felt historical. Modern buildings surrounded the motel. The room decor was not at all reminiscent of historical Route 66. We arrived around 9:00 pm, so the lobby was filled with loud music and neon lighting.

The room was nice and clean, but, in my opinion, too modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large but not a lot of space around the sink to place personal items.
