Had to change rooms 3 times. The 1st time the room wasn’t cleaned, 2nd the sheets were stained and room was dirty, 3rd room was ok. They didn’t clean when we left for the day. On straightened it.

The staff needs to learn how to clean the rooms better. When we left for the day, our beds were only straightened, the towels were taken and replaced with less than what we had and it was not cleaned. The pillows were horrible. Breakfast was not included like it was stated in my booking.

The location was very convenient for our day trips to Hershey Park. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Refusing early check-in when we arrived 30min before. Swimming pool was closed but they did not notify in booking.com and Ice machine in our floor (2nd Floor) was not working.

DOT workers used the front parking lot at the adjacent Wendy's to stage their construction equipment at 11:30 at night with vehicles running for 45 minutes. Even with the windows closed the noise was excessive. Only 1 elevator was working during the stay. Cleanliness of the elevator and hallways could be improved. Hotel was being used by youth travel baseball teams. Parents need to explain "quiet time" to children running up and down hallways and be mindful of the other guests in the hotel.

Location was convenient right off of the turnpike. Located in a more industrial area. Relatively close to Hershey park about 15 minutes away.

Our AC didn’t work - they offered to move our room but they didn’t have another king bed and we would’ve been on a different floor than everyone we were traveling with. We asked them to see if they could fix the AC but no one did during the 3 days we were there. The first time we called they said they’d check the next day, when we called again, the other person said ther was no note about checking the AC, then we spoke to someone in person again but the maintenance person never came. The pillows are heavy and flat, very uncomfortable. The pool was freezing.

Clean rooms, bedding was very clean, and the rooms were big. The staff overall was nice, but didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

Room wasn’t ready at 310, and I was told they didn’t have the room i reserved at 430. Pool was not right, cloudy, bubbly, and could see surface chemicals.key card stopped working the second day which was annoying.

I booked this hotel solely due to having an airport shuttle and the description did NOT indicate limited hours of operation, I had to pay $60 to Uber to airport because shuttle didn’t start for the day. very disappointing. I do not prefer Holiday Inns for this reason, it’s always something!

Well i book this hotel cus they ofered schodle service to MDT n once i requested i find out tht they start at 7 am till 11pm There is no restaurant well working at that time and i get there arround 6 pm courtesy coffe not worki g either the hot water is very limited and it was really cold there I will not stay again there!

Cleanliness was not up to par. Floors needed vacuumed and surfaces wiped clean. The linens were perfect. There is just not an emphasis on surface cleaning at this hotel that I expect. good thing I packed my Clorox wipes.

That the pool was out of order. Our room also had ants which I told them about but they didn't do anything about it. The bar was open but not the restaurant. No microwave in room.

The Van driver was very pleasant. He was also punctual and did not delay when picking us up or dropping us off from the airport. The young man that checked us in was very accommodating. The linen was clean. The bed and room were a nice size. The rooms came with refrigerator and freezer. They also had a Keirg coffee maker that was wonderful. The hotel itself was in in a very convenient location, not too close in proximity to the city but close to place to eat and shop.
