It would be great to have a luggage rack for the room to keep suitcases out of the way. The shower didn’t keep water in completely but a towel caught most of it. Both very minor things.

Great for a long weekend stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for NYC. The staff were helpful and friendly- I had two reservations, one for work and another night for personal travel and they made it easy to check in/check out and kept me in the same room. The view was great and location perfect excellent for sightseeing to the Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, etc. Good restaurants around and easy access to multiple subway lines.

Lower Manhattan is my favourite place to stay in NYC and this hotel is extremely conveniently located; The staff are exceptional. All of them. I would especially like to mention Alexa. She was so helpful with our packages; The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the TV could conveniently be used to cast from our phones (something all hotels should learn to incorporate in this time and age);

Water pressure in the shower was not the best. That's the only thing I would recommend improving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Phone was always answered and housekeeping sent us what we needed immediately. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, well-appointed and decent size for NYC! The WIFI, TV and AC all worked perfectly. The elevators were quick too, almost always. The hotel's location is the best - so many shops/restuarants/subways stations nearby!

Overall I really liked our stay at Indigo Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It is in easy walking distance to some attractions (like Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park, One World Trade Center) and has several subway stops nearby. I especially want to thank the staff. They were always very friendly and helpful when we had any questions.

I could use a slightly bigger room since the luggage was a bit hard to keep around but this it Not a showstopper so go for it!

Excellent. Ultra clean. Front desk is super trained and polite. Facilities are top, stylish and kept updated. 2 blocks away from WTC/Oculus and right in front of sub station. Elevator is blazing fast. Coffee, dryer, iron and many amenities. Bathroom super clean and stylish with shampoo soaps cream and conditioner.

the room was quite small, but it was still fine - there was place for baggage under the bed or in to put clothes in the closet.

Hotel has a great location in the Financial District, 5 minute walking from Wall street and the Charging Bull. There is a metro station in from on the hotel entry and 4 metro lines available just in 5 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was very clean, it was cleaned every day and the towels were also changed every day. The room is equipped with coffee machine, iron & ironing board, TV, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, slippers, safe locker.

Location was easy to reach, with trains connecting you up Manhattan. Staff were so friendly and had lots of great suggestions for places to visit. Room was very good, bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. The rooms were new and everything worked perfectly. Excellent location to explore all neighborhoods in NYC--near to several different train lines as well as the NYC ferry. Air conditioning was great during especially hot, sweaty days.
