The space was setup a little add not place to set-up your clothing.

The view was nice, location was great. The breakfast a continental breakfast. The room was ok, wish had dresser for the clothing.

The parking garage is close but not close enough in bad weather. The room was comfortable but there were some stains on the rug and bench. The shower curtain was lacking clasps so it did not close all the way.

too many outsiders at rooftop launge and hours of closing were early. Elevators need upgrade since its slow and many people use it during peak hours

Our room smelled like fish/seafood the whole time. The kitchen exhaust was on when we arrived, so guessing the previous guests left something behind. Also, the sofa bed is horrible

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

First of all we were thrilled with the location. The surroundings of the hotel were great. The hotel is located right next to the Hudson River and to an organized area for sitting, walking, and socializing with a wonderful view of New York. There are a tram, train, and ferry stations next to the hotel.

Getting charged $40 dollars for a deposit and not being told about it. Seems silly to do that and in all my travels that has never happened. I am also waiting to get it credited, which I don’t love.

The room wasn’t super clean but the view completely made up for it and it wasn’t as easy as I would’ve hoped to get the needed necessities.

Exelent view from the roof top 👌. Clean staff very helpful. I just don't like the breakfast. Especially the scramble eggs I felt like I have tried, I plastic .

The reception is on the 13th floor. So you to enter the building and take the elevator to the Terrace floor and check in there. Other than that floor it is a ghost town. There aren’t any staff anywhere.

The rooftop restaurant is great. Wonderful views. The terrace is great for events. Needs a little bit of music and some life. It was a bit of a ghost town and I was coming to their property for an event.

Proximity of Hyatt House JC to PATH was an exceptional advantage as I was going into NYC everyday. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the fact that they served hot breakfast.

Would have prefered not to use plastic dinner ware/paper plates. No good walkable area for dogs to relieve themselves.

The window shade didn’t block out the light. I couldn’t get the black shade to go all the way down, I had to block the light with pillows. The toilet paper holder is unstable in rm 443. TP would fall off every time.

Room decor could be updated, and would've been nice to have a room with a skyline view.

Fantastic location for visiting NYC as PATH is only 50m from hotel, which takes you to the main hub at WTC. There is also a good shopping mall at Newport Centre which is only 10mins on the tram which the station is located next to hotel entrance. Brilliant rooftop bar to enjoy the New York skyline. The area around the hotel is superb as there is a pier and various walkways. I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting NYC.

The windows of the room were not very sound proof so the street noise was loud. The breakfast room was to small für the amount of people so it was not easy to find a table.

The breakfast was ok but not great. Expected more for the money. Rubbery eggs, terrible bread, sweetened cereal & yoghurt. Coffee served only in paper cups so got cold quickly. Maybe also ask for a higher floor when booking, as we were on the 4th floor above the garbage bin collection area of the hotel, and were woken up early with the noise.

The family room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff. The location was excellent. We arrived by car and were able to easily park it across from the hotel for USD 27 per night using an arrangement with the hotel. Travelling to Manhattan was also very easy, the PATH train stop is right across from the hotel and takes around 10 mins / 1 stop to the WTC in Manhattan. Gorgeous views of the Manhattan skyline from the rooftop bar / breakfast room. Rooftop Bar has lovely outdoor seating area - nice atmosphere.

Each morning the breakfast was cold, and they ran out of silverware. Ate at the rooftop restaurant, it was very expensive and the food was not good. The drinks however, were quite good. Figuring out how to get into the parking lot was very difficult and we circled the block at least three times.
