The room service was awful. We requested for everyday room service, and they only cleaned our room once during our 3-night stay. The mattress and pillows are old and uncomfortable.

The location was great. It is close to the Central Park and Metro.

Air Con wasn’t working when we arrived so spent a pretty uncomfortable first night, this continued well into our second day which meant coming back to the hotel for a quick cool down & break from the heat wasn’t the best. It also took almost 30 minutes to get our bags back after leaving them to collect later- the bell man was doing his best but a simple bit of foresight could ensure that one of the elevators could be kept temporarily free of guests in order for it get to the basement empty! (The lobby wasn’t particularly busy, it could’ve been achieved quite easily) We eventually had to go down to the basement & help him carry our suitcases up the stairs as we were getting pushed for time to get to the airport!

Great location as a base for many NYC activities, well presented hotel and considering the location I thought the price was very reasonable. Staff we friendly & pleasant to deal with.

Not sure we got the room we booked which was the king room with view advertised as 26m2. Room was not like the photos. There is a smaller king room 20m2 advertised and I think that’s what we had. We arrived late at night after a long flight so we couldn’t be bothered to question it and pack back up to move rooms. Room was adequate enough and we were out all day anyway. We had a major over charge which was actually an error made by booking.com NOT the hotel. We were charged the full price and not the discounted price advertised. Took over 2 months and 2 x 3 hour phone calls to get our refund. We usually direct with hotel but it was more expensive.

Great location. Easy walking distance to all attractions. Quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Our coffee machine was not working and the staff resolved problem immediately. All Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleaning was a bit inconsistent, one day the coffee machine and microwave had been pulled out/turned around to clean behind but not put back and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.

Thermostat made getting room temperature comfortable very difficult. It was reading about 10 degrees cooler than it felt and was on an automated schedule that made adjustments only temporary. For example, it would revert to the hotels programming at 11:30 pm nightly, which was uncomfortably hot given that it appeared to be reading the room temperature incorrectly.

Staff and location were good. Room was decent for the price point and location.

We arrived in the evening but our room was not ready. We were exhausted from travelling from Europe and then had to wait another 40 minutes in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. I was really upset about this. It's not really excepable service. Also the lighting in the room was very poor, in the window side there was absolutely no light, I couldn't read the instructions on the coffee machine or see properly in the mirror either. Also the coffee machine sachets were all coffee a few days running and I prefer tea, it was a bit annoying.

Location and staff were good and facilities too. I liked the microwave and fridge too. The toiletries were great.

The sliding door to the bathroom; you could hear everything that was going on in there. No fan in the bathroom. Your elevators are super too slow. I don't think that can be fixed, but did not like waiting for them, especially when it got busy.

Bed was comfortable, TV good. Amenities were good.

The pillow is not comfortable! The wind level of air conditioning can't be adjusted, and noisy. The old style laundry machines use coins, and most time out of work. The front desk doesn't even have enough quarters for changing. It was very inconvenient for customers doing their laundry in hot summer days during stay there. In addition, some front desk staffs were not patient and friendly, and took a long time to solve problems.

Unfortunately this week I was there there were no wipes/spray for cleaning gym equipment after use, so no guest was able to clean up after themselves in the gym for the full week. I did complain about this a few times but this was not refilled.

This hotel is great, it's my new go to for work trips to the city. It's close to several subway lines, and Central Park. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is overall clean and nice. Great value.

The room was far too small for 4 people, there was barely any space to walk past the beds and no room for 4 suitcases. Not enough storage space for 4 people either if you chose to unpack. Breakfast was over 30 dollars each.

Good location near Broadway, Times Square and Central Park. Plenty of cafes and food options nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Nice sports bar next door.
