The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat with a short walk to the arch. Parking was extremely convenient. Evening reception and breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect.

Even though we were on the 8th floor (partial view of the Arch), the morning traffic noise was loud and started at 5 am.

Location, cleanliness, spacious room, conscience of laundry, the outside deck with partial view of the Arch and the the friendliness and efficiency of the desk clerks. The included breakfast was grand, the staff great and the the free drink in the evening was such a pleasant surprise!

We ended up with one of the interior rooms that overlooks the hallway where the elevators are located, so we kept the blinds closed for our entire stay. I wish that Booking.com made this more clear in the listing of room types, as the hotel was sold out and a room change or upgrade wasn’t possible. (Although thank you to DJ at the front desk for trying and otherwise being very accommodating)

Great location to explore the downtown and take in a game. It’s a beautiful renovated old building and the lobby area is well equipped. We parked in the nearby garage and never needed the car. The staff is wonderful and did a great job of meeting everyone’s needs during the very busy breakfast mornings and the happy hour snacks in the evening. With those meals included, we didn’t have the appetite to explore other restaurants much, but was good for the wallet. Particular shout out to bartenders Robin and Kim for handling the crush of people during the happy hour with a constant smile and excellent service. Despite having an interior room (see comments in the negatives section), it was quiet and comfortable. Just be aware that is a possibility.

Best experience I've ever had at a hotel! The rooftop view of the Arch and St. Louis was absolutely breathtaking! The pool and hot tub were indoors but with a feeling of outdoors in the glass sunroom attached to the rooftop viewing area. Excellent dinner service with free drinks! I am looking forward to finding other Drury hotels in my travels.

Awesome customer service. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to be helpful. The location next to the Arch is a bonus. We knew about the free breakfast but the complimentary meals in the evening were an added surprise. The quality, taste and freshness of the food was especially right up there or better than with any good restaurant. Rooms are cool, Beds are cozy and Showers are warm and refreshing. WE SHALL RETURN.

Great location, it made walking to most of our in-city destinations super easy. The hotel itself was wonderful with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Our favorite space was the 8th floor balcony with views of the Arch/Mississippi and old courthouse.
