Fantastic location beautifully appointed room spacious & clean with great view! Staff were wonderful (especially Jaylee on the bar!) gorgeous roof top pool area & free happy hour icing on the cake! Would 100% recommend!

The parking was confusing for me. I bypassed it on my arrival, and even after i had been told where to park i still drove past it due to the large sign saying ‘ This entrance is closed’, Maybe better wording would be Valet parking for hotel guests only. I went to the restaurant for breakfast one time. The avocado toast came with wheatgrass that was so tough i couldn’t bite through it.It is the first time i many years i rejected food in a restaurant. Could be that chewy wheatgrass is the latest trend,i was in West Hollywood. I have to say the waitress was very gracious when i said that the meal was horrible and i couldn’t eat it, so again kudos to the staff.

Great location, and given the location , good value for money.The room was very comfortable. The Staff were great, from reception to the valets parking the car. I could easily walk down to West Hollywood or up to Sunset Boulevard. The pool area is lovely, and the young man mixing drinks had personality plus. I wasn’t drinking, but watching him with the other guests was a pleasure in itself.

The onsite restaurant is very small with only a few tables. We ate breakfast here which was average and the coffee not very good but the waitstaff were very friendly. The girl at checkout was quite rude but all other staff seemed fine.

Great location within walking distance to the main strip for bars and cafes. We felt very safe in the area with lots of friendly passersbys and nice houses. Also very close to Trader Joe's if you need to stock up on food.

The pool area was closed for refurbishment and there was no prior notification of this at the time of booking. The breakfast situation was rather underwhelming - it was easier and better to go out for something to eat.

Great location for West Hollywood sights and amenities. A quiet hotel in a leafy suburb just off the strip. Very friendly staff and a great room i upgraded to for not much extra.

Valet parking is extremely expensive. They did not clean up my room as expected, but they mentioned I should notify the front desk to have it cleaned. There was too much noise in my room during the night from the room upstairs, and I was with my 11-month-old infant. The night was not good

The price for the valet parking is a bit excessive (65$) considering that there wasn't a clear alternative. The room service is also quite expensive.

The room is big and my daughters loved the pool on the roof. The staff was very nice and helpful, we appreciated having new bottles of water every day.

I had heavy suitcases and stayed on the first floor. Taking my suitcases to my room down the stairs was a bit of a struggle. I would have appreciated help.

The location was great. Easy to walk to local shops, and walk home from restaurants and bars. The happy hour drinks and coffee for breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly! The room size was great with a little balcony, lounge and comfy bed. The pool was closed so didn’t get to experience this

Paying for parking especially since there was no alternative parking available. I could see $10/night, but $60 seems excessive. Also, there wasn't a clock in the room. Doesn't have to be a radio/alarm, just something to easily tell the time.

Very comfy suites and very clean overall. Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Really enjoyed the drinks and dinner at the restaurant - the bartender was excellent.

I think the per night parking was in excess of $65. I think that’s the most I’ve ever paid for parking.

Love everything about this unique property! The room was huge with a separate living room area. Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Front desk staff, valets, and Faruk in the restaurant were top notch!! Also very convenient that there were EV chargers in their gated parking garage.

Hotel is located in a perfect location that is close to everything but very quiet. The room is large and clean, but the view wasn't the best depending on the room you get. The pool wasn't open due to maintenance, but they had other hotels we could visit which we did, and they were great.

roof was under construction, tried to extend my stay & staff was not accommodating nor did they follow-up to let me know if there were rooms available or sold out, so i had to leave and book another hotel nearby, the view of my room was not ideal facing another balcony.

Would have loved a better view, hills facing room, my balcony looked right into another room. Also would have loved if we were notified that the pool was under construction. Would have loved to post and lay out on the rooftop for that was a main contributor to my booking.

Always love staying at the Chamberlain. Have been coming for my business trips for a dozen years, and it never disappoints. Best location, spacious and comfy rooms, lovely staff.
