The breakfast was not good. The egg was runny the breaker keep tripping on the waffle machine maker. The pool was dirty. The elevator takes long it needs to be upgraded.

Everything. The location is so convenient. Not as expensive as Miami, or as quiet as Fort Lauderdale. Yet a vibrant city and the hotel is located close to great restaurantes and the Publix Supermarket. The hotel offers a different concept, where you have the option of paying for late check out and/or for cleaning. The personnel is helpful and you can tell how thoughtful they are with their clients. Will come back for sure!

Hotel room was good. Beds were comfortable. Just bathroom door wouldn't close and shower was imposible to run. It was clean, someone was constantly cleaning common areas.

2 of receptionist were nice. But one lady that one that works night shift was so rude, like she hates her job. Pool was nice and warm, towels were provided.

Room was not cleaned for duration of our stay Tue to Friday. Their policy is apparently cleaning rooms every 3 days or 3 nights rather. Not comfortable with this.
